STREAM is an expansion of STEM. It is an acronym for Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, the Arts, and Math. Catholic schools take the principals of STEM, infuse religion across all subjects, and add the arts to provide students the creative thinking skills necessary to communicate and advance STEM in the real world.

STREAM is not a new curriculum, but a framework for creative instruction that enables teachers to focus in an interdisciplinary way on Science, Engineering, Technology and Math (STEM), while integrating the Arts (STEAM), and allowing Religion to flow throughout the daily routine (STREAM).

Our Media Center and Computer Lab are combining to form our new STREAM Lab. We have started by adding Dash & Dot coding robots, OSMO interactive learning stations, and MERGE Cubes, to work with our existing iPads and computers - and so much more is on the way!

The St. Coleman Home & School Board recently presented Dr. St. Thomas with a check for $15,000.00 towards the new STREAM Lab renovations.  Pictured with Dr. St. Thomas and Cynthia Barry, Home & School Teacher Liaison, are Board Members Margarita Michel, Michael McGowan, Katie Anton, Heather DiSanto, Tristan DiCowdan, Patricia Arencibia, Jessica Castaneda, and Tracy Pickel-Ruthemeyer.
